Warren Boling trained in Neurosurgery at the University of Kentucky and then completed fellowships in Epilepsy and Stereotactic Surgery at Montreal Neurological Institute and Austin Repatriation Hospital, University of Melbourne. He joined the faculty at Montreal Neurological Institute where he was a member of the Comprehensive Epilepsy Program. He went on to develop the first comprehensive epilepsy program in West Virginia, at West Virginia University. Through his global outreach, Dr Boling developed the first surgery for epilepsy program in East Africa. He has been faculty at The University of Melbourne and University of Louisville. Currently Dr Boling is Chairman of the Department of Neurosurgery at Loma Linda University and Chief of Neurosurgery at Loma Linda University Hospital. Additionally, he directs the surgery of epilepsy program at Loma Linda University. Dr Boling has a particular interest in improving the lives of people with epilepsy and in elevating the medical and surgical treatment of neurological diseases in underserved regions of the world.

Jeffrey M. Chung received his Doctor in Medicine from Northwestern University Medical School. He is currently the Director of Epilepsy and Neurophysiology Programs at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and an Associate Clinical Professor of Neurology at UCLA. He has presented at multiple national and international conferences on the localization of the epileptogenic zone with neuronal signal processing analysis and on the prediction of surgical decisions and outcomes with multi-modal probabilistic mapping techniques. His awards include Falks Medical Scholar, CARE Outstanding Patient Care Award, and the Clinical Research Fellowship Training Award from the Epilepsy Foundation, and multiple teaching awards.

Sharon Fernando is a US trained clinical psychologist with extensive experience in Primary Care facilities, multidisciplinary practice and most recently with the Industry’s only biopharma accelator. Dr. Fernando graduated with her Psy.D. from the Florida Institute of Technology with a specialization in pediatric clinical psychology. Fernando has more than six years of experience with Syneos Health and her current role is as a Senior Clinical Scientist within CST. She provides scientific oversight and clinical guidance for projects within CST and interacts with senior management, customers, and project teams to ensure scientific integrity and data quality in clinical trials. Dr. Fernando is also called upon to provide scientific input as needed to projects outside CST and contribute to business development activities with direct line management and mentoring responsibilities. Her therapeutic areas include CNS related studies.

Long-Jun Wu completed his PhD in neurobiology from University of Science and Technology of China in 2004. He was trained as postdoctoral fellow at University of Toronto and Harvard Medical School (2004-2010). Dr. Wu was appointed as an Instructor at Harvard Medical School (2011-2012) and an Assistant Professor at Rutgers University (2012-2016). Since 2016, Dr. Wu is an Associate Professor in Department of Neurology at Mayo Clinic. His research interests mainly focus on neuroimmune interactions in normal and diseased brain. He has published more than 95 peer-review research papers, including those in Nature Neuroscience, Nature Communicaitons, Science Translational Medicine, Neuron, PNAS, Cell Reports etc.

Dagmar Amtmann is a psychologist and UW research associate professor with the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine. Dr. Amtmann's research interests include improving measures of patient reported outcomes such as pain, fatigue, and participation using modern measurement theories; statistical analytic approaches using multilevel and latent variable modeling; and instructional, information, and assistive technology for individuals with cognitive disabilities (with a particular focus on reading and writing technology for both children and adults).
